Mr. M Sai Krishna has joined Rishi Laser in Aug 2021. He has about 23 years experience in Production , Planning, Sourcing, Vendor Development NPD & implementing new systems according to requirement (WMS, TPM, Lean etc) & Heading Operations along with Foundry Co-ordination. He has Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (BBA) from University of Madras.
Mr. Ali Khan has joined Rishi Laser in Nov 2005 and currently heading the QMS (Quality, Methods and Systems) function. He is B.E-Mechanical from Bangalore University with 20 years experience in metal fabrications, specialized in implementation and control of QMS, EMS, Welding and Painting process.
Mr. Gokuldas Kakade has joined Rishi Laser in Jan 2020, currently heading the both the units in Pune. He has experience of 25+ years in Operation Management in manufacturing industry, with specialisation in Lean Manufacturing and TOC. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate.
Mr. SanjeevThapar has been with Rishi Laser since April 2007 and currently heads the Kundli operations. He has 25 years of very good experience in operations of manufacturing industry. Mr. Thapar holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Govt college of Engineering, Sonepat.
Mr. Gopinath has been with Rishi Laser since June 2005 and currently heads the Bangalore operations. He has 23 years of deep domain experience in Development and Manufacturing in Engineering industry. Mr. Gopinath holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from SIT, Bangalore University.
Mr. Vishal Desai joined the Company in June 2000 and presently heads the Human Resource function. He has 18 years of comprehensive experience in the entire gamut of HR and Administrative functions. Mr. Desai holds a Masters in HRD from South Gujarat University, Surat and a PG Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD, New Delhi.
Mr. Ganesh Agrawal joined Rishi Laser in July 2006 and is currently serving as C.F.O. of the company. He has 25 years of rich and diverse accounting, financial and management experience both in India and abroad in manufacturing industry. Mr. Agrawal is a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, Delhi.
