Where is your head office located?
Our corporate headquarters is in Byculla, Mumbai, though most technical inquiries are handled by our 7 regional plants.
How quickly will I get a quote?
For standard laser and bending jobs, we aim to provide a quote within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your CAD drawings.
Who do I contact for a new project?

Do you provide technical consultations?
Yes, our engineering team can meet with you (virtually or in person) to discuss technical specs and manufacturability.
How do I track my order status?
Once onboarded, you will have access to a dedicated Account Manager who provides real-time updates on your production milestones.
Can I send physical samples for replication?
Yes, while digital files (DXF/DWG/STEP) are preferred, we can reverse-engineer from physical samples sent to our Pune or Bangalore units.
Do you serve international customers?
Yes, we handle export orders and are familiar with international shipping and quality documentation requirements.
