CONTRACT MANUFACTURING

The pace of growth of economy coupled with infrastructural development is generating huge business for Engineering Congloromates to the extent they offload their manufacturing activities to reliable and committed vendors like us. We manufacture, assemble and fabricate sheet metal assemblies for these companies. We deploy State of the art machinery, ISO 9001:2000 certified manufacturing processes to achieve the manufacturing standards demanded by these companies. We also practice innovative systems like Lean and Cellular Manufacturing to enhance the working environment and work culture. Out of the 13 manufacturing plants, some plants or sections of plants are dedicated to Large Engineering companies, acting as their ancillary units.

 We have manufacturing contracts for wide range of products such as switchgear chassis, enclosures for engineering machinery, critical components of Earthmoving and Textile machinery. Surface treatment and coating is critical for chemical and food processing industry; We cater to them by utilizing our in-house surface treatment facilities.

  The kind of service provided by us benefits our Customers in the        following ways:

  • It enables the implementation of the JIT (Just In Time) concept at our customers' end.


  • From the point of view of more availability of `space' as they do not have to store the components at their end.


  • More flexibility in changing their production plans as we maintain a minimum level of  stock of certain largely required components.

We have a dedicated EOU (Export Oriented Unit) catering to it global clients with quality of products. Company  has chalked out an aggressive plans for marketing  contract manufacturing to  global customers either directly or by way of tie-ups with it’s overseas peers.

We Undertake Project based work where-in turnkey assignments of steel fabrication are taken up. Parts of these projects are manufactured in our various manufacturing plants and then they are shipped to the site; Where they are erected. These projects could be part of Cement plant material handling, automotive paint shops, etc.

  

 
 
     
 

Fabrication is extremely precise and critical in sectors like Defence and Aerospace. In contract manufacturing timely and quick deliveries are extremely important as manufacturing process at our customers side will halt if assemblies/sub-assemblies manufactured by us don’t reach them on time.
